  • I produced the microvideo series "Documentation Excellence: By Physicians, For Physicians," in which physician leaders recorded five-minute highly focused instructional videos used across the enterprise.
  • I was a pioneering user of social networking and computer-mediated communication for education. I have given over 30 presentations on online learning both in the US and abroad.
  • I orchestrated the shift from a self-contained multimedia eLearning development house to an outsourcing project management team, saving the company over $500,000 in production costs in two years. I mentored my media developers as they transitioned to effective outsourcing team managers.
